Who is behind Artelior?
Behind Artelior stands Jonathan Macarez, a passionate creator and design artisan. Before fully dedicating himself to his creations, he spent nearly 15 years leading a building renovation company. This experience allowed him to acquire solid expertise in the application of materials and decorative techniques through numerous specialized training programs.
Since 2010, Jonathan has been working with waxed concrete (MORTEX®), a material with which he has developed a unique approach, blending raw aesthetics with refined details. His journey, deeply rooted in renovation and decoration, has always been driven by a passion for design and form, as well as a quest for uniqueness in each of his creations.
With Artelior, Jonathan has broken free from traditional constraints, allowing his imagination and creative vision to take full expression. Each piece is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, where he applies all his expertise to explore new materials, bold shapes, and unique concepts. His goal is to push the boundaries of art furniture, creating pieces that seamlessly merge functionality and artistic emotion.
